Siciliana is a local pizzeria with a tradition dating back to 1998. We started in Hajnówka, and since January 2015 we have also been welcoming guests in Białowieża – right by the Białowieża Forest. We bake pizza with passion brought from work in Sicily: our own dough, carefully selected toppings and baking at high temperature (about 400°C).
Where did Siciliana come from?
Before the first pizzeria opened in Hajnówka, the owner learned and worked in Italy – in Sicily. The heat of the oven and the pace of Italian cooking stayed with us for good. After returning to Poland we opened a place where we make the dough from scratch, combine it with toppings and bake so that the pizza has a thin base, fluffy edges and a characteristic, lightly smoky taste.
Two locations – Hajnówka and Białowieża
Today Siciliana is two places, one menu in the spirit of Italian pizza and fast online order fulfilment.
